Custom Forms

Custom Forms let your agents collect additional metadata per entity during review.
Create Forms
  • Create custom forms with a visual form builder supporting text, textarea, select, and multi-select fields
  • Attach forms to queues to collect additional information during reviews
  • Forms are versioned to ensure data consistency across historical review data. As your forms change, your existing data remains in place.
  • Forms can be used to capture review time classifications and mapped to NCMEC reporting workflows
  • For more info see Learn how to add forms to your queues.

Tags

Tags let you organize queues, policies, and actions using a common taxonomy.

Tags replace a feature called policy labels and work across your entire Cinder workspace.
  • Add tags to queues, policies, and actions for categorical organization
  • Filter queues by tags in the queues list for quick navigation
  • Central tags management page for viewing and managing all tags across your organization
  • Tags support colors and descriptions for better visual organization
  • Coming soon: Use tags in Workflows V2 conditions (e.g., “Policies / tags contains ‘GRC’”)
  • For more info see Tags Management.

Selective Attribute Expiry

Selective attribute expiry lets you remove specific attributes after a set time period, giving you fine-grained control over what data gets deleted. This can enables greater flexibility for meeting various compliance frameworks related to retention of PII and other sensitive data.
Configure which attributes expire and when—based on entity creation time or latest decision time. Keep your entities while automatically removing sensitive or temporary attributes.
  • Expire specific attributes instead of entire entities for more granular data management
  • Choose which attributes to include in expiry by setting include_in_attribute_expirations on each attribute schema
  • Set expiry based on time since entity creation or time since latest decision
  • Attributes won’t expire if there are open or assigned jobs, protecting active review work
  • OpenSearch documents automatically update when attributes expire, keeping search indexes in sync
  • Configure expiry settings in the entity schema editor with a clear, intuitive interface
  • Read more on attribute expiration

Queues

Finding and organizing your queues just got easier. Filter, sort, and visualize queue performance at a glance.
Filter queues by tags, sort by metrics like handle time, and see trends over time with sparklines—all without leaving the queues list.
  • Added filtering by tags, queue slug, and job count
  • Added sorting by average handle time and job count
  • Added sparklines to visualize queue metrics over time for queue admins
  • Improved queue statistics accuracy, including fixes for disabled golden sets
  • Fixed queue job counts to exclude jobs in disabled golden sets

Views

Views let you save and quickly switch between different table filters and column selections. Views are now available on Decision and Job tables and will be added to more tables soon.
Save your preferred table setups. Customize columns, apply your go-to filters, and quickly switch between different views.

  • Customize which columns are visible on tables
  • Save multiple views with different column and filter combinations
  • Quickly switch between saved views
  • Rename and delete views to keep them organized
