We’re excited to announce that the New Cinder Experience is rolling out! We are refining the look and feel of Cinder to prioritize information density, clarity, and improve the overall user experience.



For any users of Cinder, this is currently an optional opt-in that can be opted out of if needed. You’ll find the option in your profile initials menu in both the new and old design.

If You Have a BPO
- We are not automatically or immediately turning this on! We want to give you time to communicate the change
- We reduced spacing in queue review, but we have not fundamentally altered the workflow around jobs. We do not anticipate any retraining will be required
- Our customer success team will work with you on a date and time to enable an opt-in pop up to start onboarding to the new Cinder design
- We are currently planning to make this the default view of Cinder starting on October 14th

If You Do NOT Have a BPO
- We’ll handle enabling this for your company
- You can still opt in and out until October 14th
